| Notes/Terms: | ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEE (if available): $55. Please note, many sections sell-out in advance; on-site registration is limited only to those sections where space remains. *No on-site registration for Quads or Future Masters. By registering online, you will not need to check in at the registration desk. Upon your arrival, verify that you are on the posted pre-tournament pairing list. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email in the event there is an error. **USCF-rated, except where noted. Bring clocks and score pads. (Unrated sections do not require clocks.) Chess sets are provided for all sections except for Quads and Future Masters. Ratings: The Quads section uses current rating. All other sections use published rating unless parent emails hunterchess@gmail.comand/or puts a note in registration page requesting Current Rating be used Prizes: Trophies to all players scoring 3 points or more in 4 round sections, and to all players scoring 2.5 points or more in 3 round sections. For tournament postponement and delay notices, check nscfchess.org. Changes: If you need to change sections, or for any other assistance, email hunterchess@gmail.com. Cancellation Policy: With advance cancellations, our policy is to offer a credit for a future Hunter Tournament during the 2019-20 academic year. The credit must be redeemed during this period. It will not be carried over to the following year. Please email us at hunterchess@gmail.com at least 14 days before the Tournament to which you would like your credit applied. There will be no refunds given for unused credits. Supervision & Photo Release Policy: All participants under 16 must have an adult supervisor during the tournament. The NSCF and/or Hunter Chess does not provide supervision between games. Also note: Photography and/or video recording occurs at most NSCF and/or Hunter tournament events. By registering your child for this event, you hereby give permission for your child's name and/or picture to appear on the NSCF and/or Hunter Chess website/promotion. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the first round of the tournament.
