| Notes/Terms: | ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEE: $55. *No on-site registration for Quads or Future Masters. By registering online, you will not need to check in at the registration desk. Upon your arrival, verify that you are on the posted pre-tournament pairing list. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email in the event there is an error. **USCF-rated, except where noted. Bring clocks and score pads. PRIZES: Trophies to all players scoring 3 points or more in 4 round sections, and to all players scoring 2.5 points or more in 3 round sections. For tournament postponement and delay notices, check nscfchess.org. Changes: If you need to change sections, or for any other assistance, email Tournaments@NSCFchess.org. Byes: Please note: No byes are offered in Quads or Future Masters. Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If you cannot play in an event you have registered for, you may withdraw and claim a credit for a future event during the same academic year. Credits will not be carried over to the next school year. Refunds will be available subject to a $10 administrative fee if requested by the day prior to the last scheduled tournament of the season. Supervision & Photo Release Policy: All participants under 16 must have an adult supervisor during the tournament. The NSCF and/or Hunter Chess does not provide supervision between games. Also note: Photography and/or video recording occurs at most NSCF and/or Hunter tournament events. By registering your child for this event, you hereby give permission for your child's name and/or picture to appear on the NSCF and/or Hunter Chess website/promotion. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the first round of the tournament.
