Registration: Online registration closes February 7th 9:00 PM. On-site registration at this event is from 8-8:45 AM and is $40, CASH ONLY. Friends and Family Section (UNRATED): Online registration is $20, on-site registration is $30, CASH ONLY.

**USCF-rated. Chess sets and clocks are provided.

USCF-rated sections: U800, U1600, and Open (K-12 scholastic only). Rated sections use published ratings. A US Chess membership is required.

Unrated Friends and Family section: Open to all ages, designed for casual players, parents, and anyone who do not wish to compete for a rating.

Prizes: Trophies to top 3 in each section.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to play in this event, you may withdraw by email no later than the end of online registration (9:00 PM the Saturday before the event). Please email wpeklo@livingston.org. Refunds are subject to a $10 fee which covers administrative and credit card processing charges. There will be no refunds or credits given for withdrawals after the close of online registration. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the tournament.

Photo Release Policy: Photography and/or video recording will occur at the tournament. By registering for this event, you hereby give permission for your name and/or picture to appear on the LHS Chess Club’s social media accounts and website/promotions. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the first round.
