2014 Summer Chess Program:

Come join other scholastic players at the Solomon Schechter Upper School for a summer chess experience you won’t forget.

Located in central Hartsdale, our daily program features a balance of formal chess instruction and friendly competition.

All participants will receive both group and individual instruction.

The NSCF staff features full-time chess professionals who all share an enthusiasm for working with children. Every teacher is an active tournament player as well as a provider of classroom instruction. It is this flexibility that enables our staff to reach each and every player!

A daily hot lunch and afternoon snack are included in the full time camp fee.

There is a half day option available ending or starting at noon. (Lunch is not included in the 1/2 day camp fee.)

Discounts Available:

• Sibling discount: A $50 discount is available for siblings of a camp participant who has already registered at the regular fee. Use the code sibling.
• Multi-Week discount: A $50 discount is available for camp participants who has already registered at the regular fee for the first week. Use the code 2weeks.
• Sibling multi-week discount: A $100 discount is available for siblings of a camp participant who has already registered at the regular fee for the first week. Use the code sibling2weeks.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If you can not play in an event you have registered for, you may withdraw and claim a credit for a future event. Credits will not be carried over to the next school year; refunds will be available at a $10 fee if requested by the day of the last scheduled tournament of the season.
