Camp/Kids Night Out Refunds Policy
Camps/Kids Night Outs (one day and multiday)
Camp/ Kids Night Out fees are non-refundable. However, if you
need to cancel, here are your options:
If you cancel at least 7 days ahead of the start date, you may
get store credit equivalent to what you paid to register or you
may transfer your registration to someone else who meets the
camp criteria (age or other criteria).
If you cancel with 3 to 7 days notice ahead of the start date,
you may get store credit equivalent to 50% of your paid
registration or you may transfer your registration to someone
else who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria).
If you cancel with less than 3 days notice ahead of the start
date, you may transfer your registration to someone else who
meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria).
In the unforeseen event that we must cancel the camp, you will
be offered a choice of refund or moving you to another camp.
