All ½ point bye requests (including removals) must made before Round 2.

 

Entry Fee: $15 for U1000;  $20 for Open

 

Prizes: U1000 Trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Unrated players are eligible)

            Open: 1st- 30%, 2nd- 15%, 3rd-8% Based on Paid Entries for this section.

We will have a blitz tournament at 5:30. If you play in this event, you can add on Blitz for just $10 (saving $5)

For those adding on the Blitz tournament:

One Section

 

G/5;d0. Games will be 5 minutes per side with no delay.

5 rounds with 2 games per round (players play white and black against each opponent).

 

Rd 1: 6:00pm Rounds 2-5 as available  

 

Byes must be declared before the start of round 1.

 

Entry Fee: $15  (Players in the January 14 G/25 pay $10)

 

Prizes: Trophies to 1st, 2nd, and Top U1000 (Unrated can only win 1st or 2nd)
